Tymebank have no right to debit hold accounts as it was not in the terms and conditions when opening accounts a few years back. Give us our money

I have been a customer of tymebank for quite some time now and quite frankly think that tymebank just Wana ***** our money. When I opened my account there was nothing about verification and thought it would be convenient for me. Now tymebank has blocked my account without permission which is cause to sue due to as I mentioned there was nothing in the terms of verification. So what if I'm unable to get to a kiosk and like now using my neighbours android to message and am not able to verify. Are you going to ***** my funds because tymebank decided to add a clause and just go ahead and block accounts. I want my account unblocked and accessible without verification immediately as it's not tymebanks money not have Tymebank the right to debit hold anyone funds without permission.

How many other account holders have U not blocked and *****ing their money who are in a similar position as I am, in a wheelchair with no access to android for verification. My neighbour already told me that this bus the last she will allow me to use her phone.
