TymeBank have a serious online banking security problem

TymeBank have a serious online banking security problem. I received an sms a few days ago stating: "TymeBank:A third-party payment has been scheduled to be debited from your account by the end of today business.TAP https://bit.ly/Tyebnks3 to view.T&C's appl" This takes me to a web page that wants me to enter my id number and log in, it looks very suspicious. I'm not a ThymeBank client. I googled ThymeBank's contact details and I sent an email to *** July 23rd alerting them to the above problem but to date I've heard nothing.
