Tymebank has ****** my ENTIRE salary for December!!!

Received my salary on late on the night of the 14th of December, wake up to an sms the next morning saying the entire amount has been deducted from my account, the reference being SECREVERSAL (which I'm pretty sure stands for secret reversal!) I tried calling multiple times throughout the day and eventually ran out of airtime from being on hold (I'm talking R100 worth of airtime). Later I get this smses to me "TymeBank: Please note that we've reversed the duplicate deposit which was done in error. We apologize for any inconvenience caused." DUPLICATE DEPOSIT??? That is my salary, so what you are saying elis every month I will be dealing with this because I get a salary every month under the same reference. I'm disgusted by this in all honesty.. How am I going to do my Christmas shopping now?
