Tymebank frustration

Useless bank I Ever had in my life money was sent with immediate payment and they tell me their hands are tied they can't assist ,they not allowed to contact the person the money was sent to by mistake Wow wow cause the other bank can't assist as well cause immediately payment was made , in case like this who must assist then? never been so frustrated in my life with Banks .
