Tymebank froze my account ********ly

So tymebank decided to block/freeze my account because a lady claimed to deposit money into my account and claimed I *****ed her of R340 I couldn’t access my account from Saturday the 10th and I still can’t, according to the law a bank has a right to freeze your account from ********** activities but my bank statement has no record of this payment or ********** activities Can someone advise
