Tymebank freezes payments. No valid reasons given

I hold account number *** with Tymebank. I currently do not earn a fixed income, and Tymebank has frozen my account and of those I ever sent cash from January 2026, mostly family and friends because my source of funds is "suspicious", and I am being investigated by their ***** department. For each transaction I query, I am told to go to the police station to do an affidavit. Judging by the number of transactions frozen by Tymebank, I am going end up with more than a dozen affidavits.

Tymebank has a well worded response when you write a review on Hellopeter which suggests that they are giving your inquiry attention, but this is not enough. I have asked for a written explanation, but I am yet to get one. Does irregular income mean te funds are ******** as per Tymebank. That will be good to know.
