I just got a call from a tymebank consultant, regarding my refund of the unauthorized transaction that took place, and I was assisted by a guy named tebogo dithlari he was so RUDE to me and told me that I won't get my money even if I went to heaven and came back my refund is declined and there's nothing I can do.
