Tymebank ***** issue

Good day My name is kelebogile Motsepe, I use Tyme bank and on the 24/01/2021 at 22:12 the was a debit order on my account for R99 showing that I have used Uber and I don't pay with my card when I use Uber I use cash always ,so the is ground going on my account and Tyme bank cannot assist me or maybe I'm sharing my account number with another client . I have escalated this matter to Tyme bank and I'm not getting assistance at all, please assist .
