TymeBank failure to return client's money back

We last reported money ***** that was mistakenly paid into TymeBank client which they acknowledged and froze his account with money in the account so now they asked for their client to make affidavit,he went and made it,for them to reverse the money back to the account which transferred but now is stories after the other,please help.
