TymeBank exploiting it’s own people

Hi everyone, a one star rating is even too much for TymeBank. My daughter was holding my R200 000 to pay for my medical bills. On 23 September 2023 she tried to withdraw the money, which was R5000 at a time. After the second withdrawal her account was blocked. When she contested the bank I had to write a letter to say that I gifted her the money. We have made numerous calls to TymeBank with no satisfaction. First her account was blocked and when she tried to use her card for the first time her card malfunctioned. I am sitting with escalating medical bills while my money is lying in a non interest bearing account for the last 4 months. In desperation I have also tried to contact African Capital under which TymeBank falls, but with no joy. I demand immediate access to my funds including my interest accrued for the delay in refunds by TymeBank after which I will close this account. I am also if the suspicion that TymeBank has either invested our money elsewhere or they have already chowed our money on lavish lifestyles.
