TYMEBANK EFT NOT CLEARED

Since 2 February till today is almost seven weeks my problem is not solved. A customer service person phoned to tell me that since the amount is not reflecting in my account I should receive it back where it comes from in few days to come. This was an easy way out to forget about me but II waited patiently and requested the statement to be checked nothing has ever been received. So this is just a COLD CASE my hard earned money gone, because of opening an account with TYMEBANK.
