I sold an iPhone 7 Plus to precious last month.The was an outstanding amount of R500 she had to pay so she paid that amount last week Wednesday, the following day which was on a Thursday my account was blocked they accused me of loan **** which I have no clue about. I told them i had nothing to do with that the person who might be responsible of this is precious the person who sent me the R500.They told me that I should go to the police station and make an affidavit which I did.I don’t think a person who had ****med another person can go to the police station that’s stupid in my point of view. So I did submit everything to them and they told me it would take up to 5 working days to investigate this matter. Today is Thursday I contacted them , now they telling me that my case is complicated cause they are two other accounts involved and now my case will take up to 14 working days which is ******* cause why did they tell me it would take 5 working days maximum. I’m a student I need to pay for my expenses , it’s more than R1500 that’s in my account that I don’t have access in, which really frustrates me. I told them to take the R500 and refund it back to the person who had reported precious account that cause my account to be also blocked to make things easier but they refused . I’m really in need of this money I don’t work, selling iPhones is my side hustle since I’m a student . Tymbank unblock my account please Case number :Gfd-171074
