Tymebank doesn't want to give me my bank statement with Physical address on it....Worst service ever

Good day I have been contacting tymebank call center and Whatsapp agents for the past 2 months because I need a recent bank statement with my physical address on it but they can't seem to give me.I need this statement for Dep of Labour do I can claim my uif....I am very disappointed with this bank...What kind of bank refuses to give clients their bank statement with Physical address...I have requested for them to call me and explain why they can't give me my statement with Physical address....Worst bank service ever...the agents don't have customer care skills...I'm starving as we speak because I can't claim Uif without address on my bank statement.....Someone from Tymebank email me my bank statement with my physical address....It's all I'm asking Please....
