Tymebank does not really care about you as a client, they just want your fees.

When Tymebank feels you don't deserve feedback when you approach them, they will simply ignore you endlessly. It is because they feel they are very successful and people become their clients in any case so they don't have to do much in the line of customer service. It is actually sad to see just another South African company that ends up giving the true South African service. REALLY BAD!
