TymeBank does not give refunds from ********** activities on your account

We were using the Tyme Bank account as a diesel account on our small business. My business partner was hijacked and kidnapped. During the kidnapping, they asked for the cards and pin of the cards at gun point, which my partner provided as he was fearing for his life. Now Tyme Bank says they will not refund us because they used his card and pin. Mr Patrice Motsepe, is that how you run your organisation? Can we at least get our refund from the R1 billion you donated? Cause we actually supply medical stuff and therefore making us be in critical services.
