TymeBank does not follow proper regulations!!

TymeBank is a *****ulent bank, they do not follow the law. My account has been blocked for longer than they are allowed to block my account for. The team leader Happy is responsible for this as it was escalated to him. There is no one handling my case and it is making my life a mess. Whenever I phone to find out about my case they put the phone down. How can you ***** my money like this. I am going to make a case at the ombudsman.
