Tymebank do not waist your time they just waist your money
Someone hacked my wives Tymebank account on friday 03 March 2023 we contacted Tymebank ***** department and whilst we are on the phone with them they said that the hacker is trying to reverse the money we transferred out of the account so they cant take any more. We blocked the account. So with that and them having the recording of the person that assisted us saying that they hacker is still loged in they get back to us over a week later. We only get an sms saying ***** case declined just like that. So with this I will not support them any more or refer anyone to use Tymebank as they are the worst bank ever

24 Mar 2023, 12:55The sorry is not accepted at all. As I stated the recording that was made when my wife phoned to report the hack the lady that assisted her said they are still log into her account. After about 7 days the bank contacted my wife also stated that they can see a sim swap was done. So there are 2 pieces of evidence to show it was not my wife that bought the vouchers. Still you refuse to pay back her money. So with this in hand Tyme Bank will not assist any person that banks with them to get their money back. Until we get the money back from Tyme Bank I will keep on posting the bad reviews and prove to everyone what service you get from Tyme bank and will not refer or advise any person to bank with Tyme Bank.
