TYMEBANK - DO NOT USE THIS BANK EVER!!!

Tymebank Does Not Care about their clients I was a victim of a payment Sc*am on the 14/07/2023. the sca*mmers used a Tymebank account and i paid using my capitec account. i called my bank capitec and logged the case, they advised that i need a case no and saps affidavit. I got the necessary police documents and sent it to tymebank and capitec following up with a call to tymebank on the same day which they took 54 minutes to answer, friday the 14/07/2023. tymebank has still not responded with any feedback to date, im still in contact with the ****mer who gave me another tymebank acc to make another payment of which i sent to tymebank with the new acc num of the *******ster and to date no feedback. capitec followed up with tymebank on 3 different occasions with no response.

Tymebank you have failed to provide feedback since the 14/06/2023. i will be reporting the matter to the banking ombudsman
