TymeBank DISGRACE

This has got to be the most terrible service you could ever recieve. Was at a shop tried paying withmy tyme bank card it declined, so I used my other bank account no problems payment was approved. To my suprise that evening I checked and tymebank deducted that money. After sending them an email I was notified I have to wait one day. I waited and nothing no reply whatsoever (shows use what they think of clients) waited a week and got another automated response I then attached screenshots of all my evidence and sent it, yet again same email was recieved wait 1 day. Geuss what I still waited more and more but wait another automated email we can now clearly see that they do not care about customers at all. Today I checked my mail and they are asking me the client to phone them back. Wow what a big joke, after that its supposed to be no fees and and and for everything you do theres fees that they deduct this is a terrible "bank" you cant even call it a bank more like thievery. I see why they call it Tymebank because they take their Tyme and they have all the Tyme in the world stay clear of these guys as they will rob you blind. I'd rather stand in the que at home affairs than deal with these *******.
