Tymebank disappoints again!!!! 😭 When I needed them most!!!

Logged a request to transfer funds from my tymebank account to my Nedbank account, consultant confirmed receipt off my request with proof of bank account attached Nokuthula failed to return my call I'm left on the line till my airtime is depleted Please can someone assist me get my own money from this bank not sure why they fail to pay me my own money after a disheartening explanation of what the funds are needed for (Funeral arrangements) I'm currently on site starting a new job how else can I assist my family getting my own money

They promised to call me but never did, spoke to Nokuthula 8:30am no response Nokuthando 11am no response Sent emails to *** *** also numerous references that's off no use

All I want is my money transfered to me please or at least let me in on how far the process is

No airtime - does this mean no payment for me
