Tymebank

I withdrawed money at a capitec atm using my Tymebank account. I got a notification that the money was withdrawn but the funds never got dispensed. The atm said that it didn't have notes, then threw out reset in progress and then the atm was out of order. I phoned tymebank and logged what happened where they informed me that I have to wait 5-7 days for them to sort this out. I'm heading for the 2nd day no feedback. I'm now in a position where that money was for doing work for a client now I am standing and the client swearing at me and will possibly loose this client due to them taking so long. Other banks do this immediately. I am loosing my business is can't wait 5-7days
