TymeBank ***** department- No Help whatsoever

I was abducted and these ****s accessed my tymebank app where they deposited my money. I reported the incident to the ***** department and when they got back to me , they simply told me that they cannot reimburse me because it was ******** activity and not *****. Well understood. But money from my account was transferred to a nedbank account. They could of atleast help me trace the owner of that account which they didnt.
