Tymebank ***** Department is a **** themselves

Tymebank ***** department is a **** themselves. my sim was hacked, and they registered cellphone banking with it and withdrew all my money I reported to them, and they didn't even bother investigating according to me but just sent an SMS saying it's been declined. I called them asking how did those people get into my account as I can't without showing my face,? they fail to answer, I asked where was the money withdrew than and also where they bought with it cos the rest of my transactions clarified but this one only COC, I don't believe they even investigated or if there is something they know and not sharing. as the owner of the account, I can't do anything without my face, but other people just do as they, please. I feel sorry for those still trusting this bank with their hard-earned money. I withdrew all I had from savings, and fixed and closed their account and they are rude when you ask questions about your money ****** from them. I don't trust this bank or they know who is doing this why would you not share findings with the person who lost his/her money? they are useless and rude. Let those who trust them wait till it comes to you. other banks investigate and share findings and give you the way forward or any unknown activities they contact you, but Tymebank just says "We declined your ***** as your info was compromised" and they go on. what if you lose your whole pay in their bank? they don't care. I'm disappointed I thought they could be trusted
