TymeBank "Debit Hold" problem.

Hi, i'm very sorry to say that i'm very disappointed in the service i receive. I got payed yesterday, one day earlier than normal due to me needing money to get to work. My boss did me this favor so that i'm able to get to work today. Went to go draw money and found that the atm gives me a error. After that i went to the pick & pay to resolve the card error just to find that they cant help me due to some debit hold on the account. So i went and tried to do a money send to a family member who also has a tymebank account so they can draw the money and give it to me and also got and error with the transaction. So finally i tried to do a cash withdrawal at a till point with the code i got from the internet banking just to get at pick & pay for the second time and find that the till point tells them that i cant. So0 now how do i explain to my boss that even after all the effort he went through yesterday to get me payed so that i can be at work today, i still cant get to work when he needed me the most. And to top it off all my has to get payed today and if they don't i will get charged interest on late payments. So who is going to pay the interest on all the late payments, Tymebank..? If this doesn't get resolved today, and even possibly loose my work i will get this published in a newspaper for the whole country to see no matter how much money it will end up costing me. Please resolve this problem now.
