TymeBank debit hold causing havoc for my family

My TymeBank account is on debit hold , I've been trying tirelessly to get this matter , no one from TymeBank had informed me of the issue in the first place and due to my account being on debit hold is causing me to be in debt because I cannot access funds in my account , which is very frustrating because TymeBank is not entitled to my money to refuse to allow me to use it , If anyone from TymeBank is reading this please help me resolved this matter a.s.a.p otherwise my family will be thrown to the street and my kids will not be able to go to school anymore because of TymeBank's selfish policies ...
