Tymebank Debit Hold

Yesterday i was at a petrol station putting petrol to travel back to gauteng from polokwane. The card declined. When i checked my app it said Debit Hold. No warning no notification from tymebank. I called customer service. They said they are not aware and they dont know why its on hold. I have to wait for a week for them to investigate as they cannot remove the hold as they have no idea how it got there or how to remove it. It has been a stressful experience. To think i use tymebank as my salary bank. All my money is not accessable. All i ask is for tymebank to give me my money and put their account on hold permanently.
