Tymebank debit hold

Tymebank has zero customer service, my account was put on debit hold, God know for what, I have been calling Tymebank for 3 weeks requesting the debit hold to be removed up to this day nothing has happened. All the consultant has been saying it will be fixed after 24 hours.
