Tymebank debi hold frustration

My mother is struggling with her account which she uses for savings. The account is now on debit hold and we called tyme bank 2 weeks back we were told the account will be resolved within 4 hours and we are still waiting. Tymebank is giving my mom no joy, she can't even pay for her stokvels and societies. I am so dissapointed.
