TymeBank customer service is a nightmare

At this point I regret banking with Tymbank , it has the worst customer service and their customer care agent are very rude …. My TymeBank account was blocked and they requested binance to put my account on hold as well.. fast forward.. my account was unblocked after providing documents they requested .they were supposed to contact binance and request them to uplift the hold on my account but they are failing me .. it’s been four months I can’t use my binance because of them.. I have contacted binance and they said they are waiting for tyme bank to provide them with some information, it’s been four months of back and forth with tyme bank .. please assist
