TymeBank Customer Service

I am not happy with their service telephonically. I had their card/account for the past 2 years and i have always doubted them hence i was so scared to use the card. Yesterday was my first time using depositing funds in my account then sent money to someone via their USSD. The recipient encountered problems prior to withdrawing cash at the till. When i phoned their CUSTOMER SERVICE today i was so ****ED off in a way that i almost dropped the call. When they picked up i was about to go online. You can't tell me that there is a query that takes more than 15 minute, I'd understand if they were opening an account for someone, but a query!!! On top of that i was not assisted accordingly, the lady who was assisting me never gave me her name she never even took my name, she went as far as defending the company. I've heard people complain about TymeBank on Social Media and i thought they were bitter but no, i guess i should reconsider being an account holder or user of TymeBank. THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS AT ALL.
