TymeBank crashes 3rd month in a row - we can’t use our cards!

Month 3 … TymeBank system crashes ! We can’t use our cards , withdraw cash… nothing! It is the same issue every month.. by now IT should preempt this is going to happen when they have an influx of cash, and prevent the issue rather than try to fix.. there is no ETA, no communication sent out to clients..
