TymeBank complaint

On the 23rd of November 2023 I got kidnapped by unknown people and forced me to transfer money from my tymeBank account to their account which was the amount of R25 000.I reported the matter to tymeBank and I gave them the details so that they could trace the owners of the account holder but they transferred me to tymeBank ***** department.I contacted the ***** department and I recieved a call from someone who said is working for tymeBank,this person is the one who was responsible of this case.He/She said I should give them my account details so that he/she could be able to block my account and he sent me four numbers to my cellphone and asked me to give him those numbers,after that the amount of R22 500 was taken away from the account,so I need assistance from tymeBank to get my money back as they said they were not able to give me assistance to get my money back.Please assist me on this matter.
