I sent money to family using their cell number, to my surprise that number is registered to TymeBank account and they say I can’t reverse it. So clearly I have lost money that I can’t retrieve

08 Mar 2022, 11:54Hi Masiziba, please note that when you send funds to a cellphone number that's linked to a TymeBank account the funds get transferred to the recipient's account. And a SendMoney voucher doesn't get created. TymeBank Team
