Tymebank cards impossible to get

I tried 3 times to print my bankcard at PnP wonderboom plaza with no luck, wanted to withdraw money from the cashiwr, I was told that she does not have cash. Then I went to PnP wonderboom junction and again I was unable to print my card. When I wanted to withdraw from the cashier she did not know how to do it?? Really, will I ever get a bankcard???
