Tymebank, card machine always faulty for than a month unable to get a bank card

My bank card has been ****** and I stopped the card. Has been to Pick an pay Vall mall 4 times to get a new card, with no success. Machine is either off or doesnt work. But bank fees for the month was R70 as per my statement. How else can I get a new card?
