Tymebank Cannot Locate the Tranfer Money

I deposited R80 000 to my wife account and she transfer the whole amount to Tymebank for Goal save purpose. A months later she cancel the Goal save account and transfer the whole amount to her Standard bank account on Tuesday (June 16), To her surprise on Monday the 22nd June.. The money was not appearing on her standard bank account. She phoned standard bank but they told her the dint receive the money. She Phone Tymebank customer service and they told her the money was transferred but cannot trace to which account. They ask her to wait for six days for their investigation.. Its frustrating to have money but you cant access it..
