Tymebank Can they be trusted. Are they lying or just not maintaining their website?

I just did a quick review of the interest I'm earning on my Tymebank account and I'm only getting 6% and not the 7% on the GoalSave. I read the details and it is rather confusing, however it seems that the 7% is only given on withdrawal with 10days notice. My big concern that Tymebank needs to explain or fix, is that their website says the rates apply from 1 July 2020, with no mention of an end date, but there "Help Centre" "How long will I get the extra interest on my GoalSave" says "This promotion is available from 1 October 2020 until 30 June 2021 but we may extend it beyond this time period." This seems to be the perfect excuse to not pay the added interest. Please fix you ambiguity or be more transparent about your interest.
