Tymebank

I'm encouraring problem with tymebank around Soweto. Yesterday I went to maponya mall pick n pay I asked two guys who work there at the kiosk asked them for help and they gave me an attitude. I ask them can someone help me with the tymebank ATM. They tell me there's an ATM and I tell them again I need help with it and they replying with the same answer. I know them I can point them out. Most of the stuff at pick n pay stuff have an attitude. Today I went to pick n pay Rockville there was no one to assist me with my issue with tymebank. I had to drive to sensible boxer Store to get help but there was one person working there but he or she was on lunch at 2:30 I couldn't wait for them.
