Tymebank blocked account

I will never ever in my whole life recommend tymebank never, what you guys did to me I will never forget it your service is bad shem. I made a bad decision by moving my son's grant to tymebank now I didn't receive my son's grant due to my account being blocked for 3 weeks without any help I did tried to call them but no pick up I lost more than R200 airtime calling you but no pick up when I wrote a review you promised to get back to me but u don't do as u promised can you please call me and tell me your final decision regarding my issues instead of keeping quite n not giving me a feedback please I want to know what's going on so that I can change my son's grant to new Bank cz wow u played me dirty shem no payment received from sassa can you please today get back to me because I will never recommend you to anyone because u don't even know how to keep promises to your customers my number is *** and my blocked tymebank Account is *** please this is getting out of hands now
