TYMEBANK *****
On the 1st November 2024, a sum total of R8000 was *******ly taken from my mother’s TymeBank account. The TymeBank ***** department wants to absolve the bank despite the money being ****** under their custody. Up to this day, we have been sent from pillar to post with no help at all.

17 Dec 2024, 15:30The plethora of case numbers arose as a result of the follow up calls which yielded no positive results. Instead of getting help , a new case number would be generated. This situation is putting us under an avalanche of pressure as the money has to be used for important things during the December holidays.

18 Dec 2024, 19:25They should contact her to tell her when the money will be paid back into her account and not stress her further by questioning her and generating new case numbers expecting her to rehash what she has explained again and again.

18 Dec 2024, 22:25Can we get the money paid not later than Friday , 20th December 2024. We can’t be inconvenienced by your bank which failed to ensure that there are no security breaches to a client’s account.

19 Dec 2024, 15:38I guess we have to wait yet another 7 days? It can’t be correct. We have been waiting since the 1st of November 2024. TymeBank must pay back the money that was *******ly taken from the account in their own custody.

31 Dec 2024, 09:24Tymebank, your investigator has not made any contact. We have not received any response regarding the status of your investigation and the outcomes therefore. An amount of +-R8000 was taken from the account under your custody , why should we suffer because of a security breach caused by yourselves?
