TymeBank

I am really disappointed in the appalling service from Tyme bank, on Friday the 11th December I made an eft transfer to FNB Lesotho account number the amount is R3550 at 07:30 in the morning as it was an emergency, the recipient hasn't received money and the money is not in my account or recipient it's hanging somewhere because of this ********** called TymeBank. I made numerous calls and have reference numbers trying to resolve the issues, it is yet another Friday nothing is happening. I called and spoke to Masego the lady who confirmed that the Money will reflect in the account on Tuesday and that she will call me back same day.She did not call again I spoke to Kedibone another lady who gave me a reference number and that she escalated my issue to the Team leader Morne and the money will be in the recipient's account number this morning as they confirmed that the account number is correct. Today is the afternoon already the money is not in my account or the recipient's account.

Because you guys are a ***** bank can i please have my money back to TymeBank account immediately so that I can withdraw at pnp and make an atm deposit to fnb simple process, instead of keeping my money with you guys. What was meant to be money for emergency last week is no where to be found.

I will be exposing TymeBank with all media companies and social media platforms should it be 16:00 today without my money
