Tymebank beyond worst service

Worst service ever. They think their customers are idiots. They don't respond to email queries. They phone you and hang up after one ring, as you answer. Then they send a generic email to say "we tried to contact you". Please phone................................. You can't phone, as you will wait hours for someone to answer.
