Tymebank Bank with a stupid stance to not help their clients.

Money Lost- Tymebank Bank Refuses To Help. Payshap transaction allowed with incorrect details. Below is the email I sent to your bank as a customer. Capitec Bank advised me to request my bank to make contact with them so that my money will be reversed. Guess what!!!! Customer service responds with a cold, we can't assist. What **** is that? Good day

Kindly assist me in reversing or contacting Capitec Bank on my behalf to recover this deposit of R760.00 made to their beneficiary via Payshap.

I used *** and it should have been ***.

Payshap doesn't normally allow for a transaction like this to go through when the name is incorrect.

My beneficiary should have been Theodora Sibiya as on the proof of payment. It didn't pick up mismatch as it seems the owner of that number is SMBHEBHE

kindly assist to see if Capitec can reverse the transaction back to me. I've spoken to Capitec and they advised that they will only act on my banks instructions.

Why can't an email or call be made on behalf of your customer inorder to recover these fund?

Why did your app even allow for a payshap transaction with incorrect details to go off? It usually stops it!!!!!

I want help and my money back please

What a cold bank with cold responses.

Good day,
We sincerely apologize that you entered an incorrect number when making payment. Please note that Payshap can't be reversed.

You're not getting the point.

If it goes to an inactive account, what happens to that money? That's the whole reason why Capitec requested to be contacted because the money is in a dormant account.

Your service is pathetic. I've called the bank to obtain information and merely requesting you as my bank to be the middle man but you refuse point blank.

Should the account be inactive meaning it is officially closed, automatically the funds should have bounced back to your account. Unfortunately, we won't be able to assist you with the reversal.
