TymeBank bad service

It has been so hectic since banking with TymeBank, each time when you want to transfer cash from them to other Banks they require a One Time Pin which understandably is for security reasons.

The problem is that the OTP never arrive some times it takes more than 2 hours to arrive at the worst case scenarios it only arrives the following day or only after you have logged out of the App or the session has expired in which case the OTP becomes useless.

I will never recommend anybody serious about life to join or continue using TimeBank, they are never serious about Tyme. It is difficult with them to help family members in Tyme when you want to make life saving money transfers.

I have been struggling since morninr untill now at 12H30 i still have not managed to achive a transfer.

It already cost me dearly trying to call their equally useless call center on an 0860 number, they keep you on hold untill you do not have any airtime left on you cellphone.
