Tymebank bad service

I needed to log a issue that still persist, same one. So I emailed tymebank, but they keep on repeating the same response instead of reading my email. Telling to call them on the 0860 number which is expensive and I have no airtime. That's why I emailed. What's the point of getting a smart answer in repeating form?
