TymeBank-Bad Service

Tymebank does not even deserve to rated. My Mom, who is a pensioner and alliterate was ****med about R4k,taken/withdrawn from her account. It must be said the ****mers did not use her bank card. The matter was reported to TymeBank and they promised her that she would be refunded once investigation has been completed, to cut the story short, we had to call the bank two months later for an update, and guess what they refused to refund her. Their failed my mom, its prone to manipulation or they are part of the syndicate targeting the most vulnerable. I would never ever recommend their service to anyone instead I'll discourage anyone who thinks of doing business with them.
