I am very impressed with TymeBank’s speedy response to queries. Truecaller identified a number that called me as TymeBank ***** Division. I emailed their service centre and asked whether they contact clients using unofficial numbers as I believed that it was suspicious. I received a response in 7 minutes with a warning that it was an attempt by a ****mer to obtain sensitive information as they do not use cellular numbers to contact clients. Apart from this, I have found their app user friendly with little to no monthly bank fees.
