Tymebank

Good day I am having difficulties with tymebank. My account is blocked and since 2 weeks I've made several calls and even tried the whatsapp bot they keep on calling me but no success. I have also been to pick n pay to check if I could solve the problem but either the machine's are offline or off and no tymebank staff to help me since the lock down. Please if we can solve this problem *** ***
