TymeBank assistant at Pick n Pay unavailability

I went to the Tyme Bank at Pick n' Pay Menlyn Mall to create my bank card on the 15th July 2020 at 15:00 and the person dealing with tyme bank was unavailable supposedly his/her name is Dakalo.

This is very disappointing as I needed that card urgently.
