Tymebank Are ****mers

This is rubish bank, do not join it, I am reporting them for the second time. My friend sent me an immediate payment on Saturday and I only received an sms notification, NO MONEY. I called them today to find a rude person aswell (Nonhlahla Malomane) saying she cannot do anything, I asked her why did I receive an sms and not the money? she says she doent know. She said I must send her proof of payment I did, even now no response.
